The following is an overview of the terms and conditions you are agreeing to when placing an order on our site. Feel free to contact us prior to ordering if you have any questions or concerns regarding the following terms.

Monday – Friday 9:00 – 5:00 pm
Closed weekends* and holidays.
Weekend deliveries available for an additional fee.
If for any reason you are unhappy with your gift basket, please return the unopened basket within 3 business days. We issue a complete refund, less delivery charges. If the gift basket has been opened (i.e. the cellophane tampered with and the bow undone, etc.) there will be a 40% restocking fee. The customer is responsible to return the basket to our office. Shipping charges are non refundable.
We are unable to exchange or accept returns on any baskets that contain food products.
Prices quoted are in Canadian currency and do not include GST or delivery charges.
Local delivery charges are $15 within the city limits and are subject to change. Correct address and contact information must be provided to receive flat rate. Delivery will take place between 9am and 5pm. If a specific appointment has to be made, or a person is required for receipt/access and is absent on first attempt, further charges may apply.
We are able to send your basket anywhere within Canada or the United States. Shipping rates will vary depending on destination and level of service chosen. We are unable to deliver to a PO Box Address.
Please ensure that the recipients information is entered correctly and accurately. Incorrect shipping information may result in a delay of delivery and further re-delivery charges.
The customer assumes all liability for requests to leave a gift basket at the recipient address. We do not guarantee a specific time for delivery and if no one is available we will leave at the front door. If it is an apartment or condo or a entrance code is required, and there is no answer, we will not leave the item, but an extra re-delivery charge will be charged for our time.
Orders may be cancelled prior to delivery date. A 15% re-stocking fee will be charged. Orders cannot be cancelled once they are out for delivery.
All customer account information provided is held in strict confidence.
